This month is Christmas, so how can we not talk about Jesus' birth?!? God sent His son to be born and later to die for us. With the Christmas season comes presents, family time and decorations. Let us not forget why we celebrate Christmas. Many people have their focus on everything else at Christmas but Jesus. Don't be like that!. Don't get so wrapped up in the Christmas cheer that you forget to thank God for Jesus being born in Bethlehem.

As this month is Thanksgiving I would like to talk about thankfulness! We all have things to be thankful for: family, friends, a roof over our heads, but most of all that God sent Jesus to be our Savior. It can be easy to get caught up in our lives and busy routines and forget to thank God. I pray this does not happen to us. Let us be thankful even when things do not quite go our way. Let us not be thankful for only the big things in our lives, but also the small things!!
